As someone ensnared in a thicket of food restrictions I’m wondering what you think about exploring gluten-free flavors - and about designating as such any gluten-free or gluten-free friendly flavors on offer? Also, how about always stocking pints of vanilla?
We always make sure one of our four rotating flavors is gluten-free, as well as having additional GF flavors stocked in pints. Plus vanilla! Plus sorbet! As someone with a lot of food restrictions myself, it's really important to me that we have something for everyone.
Fucking hell, some hard choices there! Ask me on a different day and I might have some different answers... Also I'd say Dream Team of old was probably my favorite chocolate flavor. ;-)
